Wheat Thins
1 1/4 C whole wheat flour
1 T honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
2-3 T butter, melted
1/4 C water
<1/4 tsp. vanilla
- Combine the dry ingredients together, and then add in the honey, vanilla, water and butter.
- Stir to combine.
- Roll out to 1/8th inch thickness on a cookie sheet.
- Cut with a pizza cutter into crackers.
- Bake at 400 for 5-10 minutes until lightly browned.
