Recipe: Homemade Wheat Thins

I got this recipe for Wheat Thins from, Finding Joy in the Kitchen
Wheat Thins

1 1/4 C whole wheat flour

1 T honey

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. paprika

2-3 T butter, melted

1/4 C water

<1/4 tsp. vanilla



  1. Combine the dry ingredients together, and then add in the honey, vanilla, water and butter.

  2. Stir to combine.

  3. Roll out to 1/8th inch thickness on a cookie sheet.

  4. Cut with a pizza cutter into crackers.

  5. Bake at 400 for 5-10 minutes until lightly browned.
