2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Mandarin Sauce-
1/3 cup sugar
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon garlic
¼ teaspoon ginger
¼ cup water
4 teaspoons cornstarch

Mandarin Sauce-

- Cook the chicken breasts, Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add to the skillet and cook until brown on one side, 3-5 minutes. Then flip and cook until browned on the other side and cooked through, an additional 3-5 minutes. Cut into small strips. Set aside.
- In a bowl combine sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic and ginger. Pour into sauce pan. Heat the mixture until almost at a boil. Combine cornstarch and water. Once the sauce starts to boil add the cornstarch mixture and stir until thickened.
- Add cooked chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce. Simmer until heated thoroughly.
