Teriyaki Chicken Kebabs
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1/2 red pepper, seeded
1/2 orange pepper, seeded
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce (I use Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade)3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
Salt and pepper
Cut the peppers and dice the chicken into bite size pieces.
I made a few skewers meat only.
Thread it all onto kebab skewers.
Grill (I used my George Foreman)
