Recipe: 10-Minute Brown Rice Cakes

10-Minute Brown Rice Cakes

1 Cup Cooked Rice
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup black beans (can substitute corn)
1-2 tablespoon homemade taco seasoning
2 Eggs, whisked
butter for cooking

Directions
Combine rice, bread crumbs, cheese, beans/corn & taco seasoning in a bowl and mix to combine. In another bowl whisk the eggs and then add to the mixture, combine until well mixed. Shape into patties (1/4 cup siz for smaller ones) and cook on preheated gridle in melted butter. Cook approximately 2 minutes per side or until browned the way you like it.
