- 3 c. white flour
- 1/2 Tbl. yeast
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/8 c. butter or margarine
- 1/8 c. sugar
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 t. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 c. pizza sauce
- 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- pizza topping of your choice
- Prepare dough by putting ingredients into a large bowl (or bread machine). Stir to combine; continue adding flour and knead mixture with hands to make a smooth, elastic dough. Knead 5 minutes. Cover and let dough rise for 1 hour in a lightly greased bowl.
- Divide dough into 2 portion. Roll each ball of dough into a rectangle.
- Spread about 1/4 c. pizza sauce on each section of dough.
- Sprinkle the diced pepperoni, cheeses and any other pizza toppings on top of the pizza sauce.
- Roll dough tightly, jelly-roll style, and pinch the seams shut.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
