Recipe: Banana Ice Cream

{Banana Ice Cream}

2 ripened bananas, sliced
1 t. pure vanilla extract


Directions:
1. Freeze the banana slices for a couple of hours. Remove from freezer, and put into a food processor until  consistency is smooth and creamy.

Yield: about 2 cups
